The process involves precisely controlled process, including weighing, mixing, drying, granulation, and final packaging, ensuring superior product uniformity and purity.
The final products are packed with precision in bags, laminated aluminum sachets, or durable HDPE bottles and jars, meeting diverse market and customer needs.
In addition, the Powder Line supports the manufacture of boluses and suppositories, where the powder is either directly compressed or first converted into granules prior to compression.
It is also used to produce veterinary powders intended for administration through feed or drinking water, as well as various powder and granule formulations available in various packaging sizes, including 25kg, 1kg, 500g, 250g, and 100g.
